Proceed down Penmere Hill onto Boslowick Road, and follow this road until you reach a T-junction with Bickland Water Road at this T-junction turn left and take the second turning left into Treveglos Road, once in Treveglos Road take the second turning left once more into Penhale Road which in turn leads into Swans Reach. Whilst in Swans Reach take the third turning on your left and follow the road around to the bottom of the green area where number 29 can be found on the left hand side.
