" LOCATION:
The ancient deep water port of Falmouth is situated in South West Cornwall, 11 miles south of the county town Truro. Falmouth has four superb beaches: Gyllynvase, Castle, Swanpool and Maenporth. In Victorian times, Falmouth's world-wide links across the sea led to the development of public gardens containing wonderful collections of exotic plants. With marina facilities for the yachtsman and quays for visiting cruise liners, Falmouth is never short of interest and spectacle for the visitor or resident. Pendra Loweth is 1.1 miles from Maenporth Beach, less than a mile from Swanpool Beach and 2 miles from the Packet Quays.

DIRECTIONS:
From the Hillhead roundabout  (North West of Falmouth on the A39 with cannon and an anchor), head south down Union Road which becomes Bickland Hill after 0.3 miles, continue for 0.2 miles when the road becomes Bickland Water Road. After 1.2 miles pass Swanpool Road on the left, then pass Roscarrack Road on the right. Pendra Loweth is the next turning on the right and clearly signed. Go down the hill, pass reception on the right and turn left at the bottom No 58 is about 100 yards in front of you. Park up in Bay 58.

GENERAL:
Pendra Loweth is a delightful 2 bedroom holiday cottage situated in a 16 acre holiday park whose facilities include: Reception Office, Cafe Bar, Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Gym. The cottage is of modern construction with an open plan ground floor, lower cloakroom, fitted kitchen area, large living space opening onto a sunny patio which overlooks a green, bounded by a brook. Upstairs, there are two (double) bedrooms and a family bathroom.

APPROACH:
A short pathway leads from the car park past a row of cottages, No 58 is at the end.
The white “stable” front door is panelled, with a decorative glass pane, the electrical meter cupboard is to the right and an outside light on the left.

ENTRANCE HALL:
Step through the door, a double glazed window in the side elevation is on the left, a little further on the kitchen and ahead the living area. On the right you will find the downstairs cloakroom.

CLOAKROOM:
Lit by a double obscure glazed window in the front elevation the room has a white suite comprising low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin, extractor, shaver point,  heated towel rail, and gives valuable full length  hanging space.

KITCHEN:  2.40m by 2.05m  7’10” x 6’9”
The kitchen has a comprehensive range of wall, base and drawer units with built in electric cooker, with four ring hob, and fridge. The work tops are roll edged, with stainless steel drainer sink and mixer tap over, below a double glazed window in the front elevation. There is space and plumbing for a washing machine and slim-line dishwasher.
The area has a tiled floor coved ceiling and is open to the lounge area.
Step back from the kitchen and enter the living area.

LIVING AREA:  5.36m by 3.21m  17’7” x 10’6”
The open plan design, creates a spacious and well lit environment with light coming through both front and rear elevations. Heat is provided by two night storage heaters, the flooring is wood patterned laminate and the ceilings coved with distributed lighting. The patio doors open under a tiled porch to a paved area with South West aspect and delightful green. Stairs near the corner turn to the right up to the first floor.

Take the stairs up to the landing, the bathroom is ahead, bedroom 1 to the right, with bedroom 2 adjacent. On the far right is a deep cylinder cupboard.

BEDROOM 1: 3.97m by 2.65m  13’0” x 8’6”
Entered through a white panelled door this well proportioned room overlooks the green and brook to the rear.
Decorated by coved ceilings, skirting boards and fan ceiling light the room has a heater and TV point.

BEDROOM 2:   3.00m by 2.65m  9’10” x 8’8”
With a similar white panelled door, bedroom 2 shares the view over the green and brook, the room has coving skirting boards and a heater.

FAMILY BATHROOM:  2.60m by 1.56m  8’6” x 5’1”
The white suite comprises; pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC  panelled bath with electric power shower and glass screen. Lit by an obscure double glazed window in the front elevation. And finished with coving, skirtings, a linoleum floor and heated towel rail.
