39 Park View is a large detached bungalow which is located in a desirable residential location within the city which is a no through road just off Lemon Street. The house is much bigger than it looks from outside, with large rooms and a feeling of light and space throughout. Over recent years the current vendors have modernised the property and it has been finished to a very high standard.
