HOW TO GET THERE TQ9 7UG. Harberton is signposted 1.7 miles south of Totnes off the A381. Turn right off the A381, left at the next junction, and turn second right in the village signposted Parish Hall and Church House Inn. Pass the right turning to the church and pub and Church Court is just up the hill on the right. HARBERTON Harberton is one of the South Hams' most sought after villages, being close to Totnes and having its own strong community centring around St Andrew's Church, the popular Church House Inn and the parish hall. Totnes, within about 2 miles, is known as an Elizabethan town but has much earlier origins with a castle, a wonderful position on the River Dart and a main line railway station. It has a well regarded community college, full range of shops, a weekly market and a wide choice of cultural facillities. THE PROPERTY A property for sale in the centre of much sought after Harberton and with a garage too is not often easy to find, but 8 Church Court is right in the middle of the village, just down the lane, as its address suggests, from the church and the Church House Inn.
