Heading out of Totnes on the A381 towards Newton Abbot take left before the Pig and Whistle towards Littlehempston. Proceed along the road and go under the Bridge. Take left towards the church and the property can be seen on the right hand side.

SITUATION
Littlehempston is a popular parish and thriving community with a 14th Century public house/restaurant and an ancient church. The historic borough of Totnes being a short distance away, enjoys a prominent position above the River Dart.
