SITUATION Number 18 sits in an elevated corner plot, affording it maximum privacy, a great sense of space and views over the adjacent houses below to the patch-worked hillsides surrounding Totnes. Being part of the delightful development that make up Higher Westonfields, this house enjoys generous sizing and stature and has become part of the preferred residential area in upper Bridgetown. St Johns Primary School is only a short walk away and all of the amenities Totnes has to offer are only a few short minutes walk further. DESCRIPTION The current owners have affected some modernisation that has proven to make the house even more charming.
