Fallowfields is located along the old Plymouth Road less than a mile away from Totnes town centre where there is a wide range of individual shopping outlets, eating venues/public house and creational/cultural facilities available.  Public transport is provided in the form ofbus services and a railway station sited on the main line that links Penzancewith London Paddington.  To the west, flanking Dartmoor National Park, is the A38 Devon Expressway for travelling to Plymouth, Exeter and beyond via the M5 Motorway.  Plymouth possesses a ferryport providingservices to Roscoff in France and Santander in Spain whilst Exeter has an internationalairport.  To the east are the attractiveresort towns of Torbay and to the south the beautiful South Hams countrysideand coastline.
