Beach House Quay is unquestionably one of the foremost waterfront properties in the South Hams. Situated across the water from Salcombe in East Portlemouth, Beach House Quay has the best of both worlds. It has direct access to the sandy beaches of the Salcombe Estuary whist being a short boat trip by either ferry or private boat to the heart of Salcombe. The house has been extensively modernised making it ideal for modern day living and outstanding waterfront entertaining.
There is a boat slip which can be accessed via the main drive and a boat store is integral with the main house leading straight into the water. There are steps from the quay into the water and at high tide a larger boat can be brought in alongside for direct access. There is also a running mooring and buoy with riser. The property has won many prestigious awards had has been reccomended as one of the most exclusive beach houses to stay at in the world.
