HOW TO GET THERE From Kingsbridge continue in a northerly direction to the village of Loddiswell, proceed through the village passing the Loddiswell Inn on the right hand side. After approximately 50 yards turn left into Elmwood Park and after a short distance on the right hand side, number 18 can be found.
SITUATION Elmwood Park is situated on the fringe of the village of Loddiswell.
The village has a Primary School, local Village Shop, Post Office and Store. The church, village hall and playing fields are within a few minutes walk and there is a regular bus service to Kingsbridge about 4 miles distant.
Modbury is some 5 miles to the west and Plymouth about 18 miles away.
The A38 Expressway at Wrangaton is about 8 miles to the north, as is the town of South Brent on the edge of Dartmoor National Park.
