The small village of Kellaton is a quiet and sheltered haven surrounded by beautiful countryside and a short drive or twenty minute walk from the South Devon Coastal Path and Lanacombe Beach. The town of Kingsbridge which is about eight miles away has an excellent variety of independent shops and two supermarkets, schools, leisure facilities and a local hospital. Closer villages offer local shops, primary schools and an excellent health centre.
