" This recently refurbished ground floor retirement apartment is just a short level walk into town and directly opposite the quayside. The property offers garage parking, a residents sitting room, a recently fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a patio and is for sale with no chain.

The building has a manager who is available several mornings a week and the residents` sitting room is used for social activites.

Salt Quay Moorings is located on the embankment where there are very pleasant views over the nearby estuary. This whole area has been much improved by Kingsbridge In Bloom who look after the planting of the flowerbeds. Kingsbridge itself has a good variety of shops and two supermarkets for day to day living with the leisure centre, library and various churches nearby. There is a regular bus service to Plymouth, Totnes and Dartmouth.
