BEDROOM 2: 12'8" (3.86m) x 8'8" (2.64m) A double bedroom with a double glazed window to the front, radiator and TV aerial point.

OUTSIDE: The front garden is mainly lawn and fenced and gated. The rear has a patio accessed from the conservatory and from a path leading down the side of the property. To the rear and right is a further raised lawn area with a shed located in the far corner. To the front corner is the gated access across the adjacent field (hence the boat in the garden).
