SITUATION The village of Dittisham is recognised as one of the most attractive and unspoilt villages along the Devon coastline.
It has an old parish Church, Post Office, newsagents, 2 Inns and a cafe, a thriving sailing club and passenger ferry to cross the river. This picturesque parish boasts idyllic waterside views across the River Dart and is ideally situated just two miles upstream from Dartmouth, well-loved for its busy harbour, boutique shops and cafes. DESCRIPTION An attached chalet style bungalow with three bedrooms, enjoying a private and elevated situation in an extremely popular village. The views are superb towards the river and Cherry Cottage also enjoys a good rural aspect. The grounds are mainly level and laid to lawn and there is off road parking for two vehicles in addition to the double garage. After a couple of bends the parking will be seen on your right hand side with steps leading to the property.
