" A quite delightful three bedroom DETACHED BUNGALOW offered for sale for the first time since being built to the current owner's specification in 1953.  The bungalow stands on a southerly facing hillside and enjoys a super open aspect over the surrounding area.  The garden has been landscaped onto three level terraces and is sheltered by mature trees.  The bungalow is entered via a large square entrance hall.  The 18' lounge opens onto the garden and connects with the separate dining room.  The shower room is well appointed, however the kitchen would now benefit from some modernisation.  There is gas fired central heating and uPVC framed double glazed windows.  The town centre and waterfront is only about half a mile away and the main bus route linking Brixham with the other Torbay towns is at the bottom of the road.  Viewing a must!
