A charming TERRACED COTTAGE facing south on the hillside above the harbour and enjoying delightful views into the inner harbour, over the marina and lifeboat station as well as over the sea of Torbay. The cottage is ideally placed. It is only a short stroll down into town along Higher Street - one of Brixham's prettiest streets. The end of Prospect Road leads directly down to the harbour via Overgang Steps. There is on street parking just along the road as well as long stay car parking by the harbourside at Oxen Cove.

The house has been in the same family ownership for many years and has been carefully maintained and improved and now offers a comfortable home ideal for either permanent or holiday use. There is very little outside maintenance needed, the front is paved and at the rear there is a handy raised terrace for those summer evenings.
