" The property is situated on Dolphin Court Road in the Windmill area of Paignton, an area predominantly built in the 1960's and has long been sought after due to its elevated sea views over Torbay. The area also provides good access to the Torbay ring-road, leading to the recently completed South Devon Highway for Newton Abbot and Exeter.

The property is accessed by a double driveway providing ample off road parking, leading up to the detached single garage which has an electric up & over door and personal door and window to the rear. The front garden has been well landscaped and has a slate-chipped area with mature plants, bushes and a palm tree.

A UPVC double glazed sliding door gives access into the entrance porch which has UPVC double glazing and panoramic sea views into Torbay. A further UPVC double glazed door and window leads into the hallway which has a radiator, storage cupboard with modern electricity consumer unit and stairs providing access to the lower floor.
