9a Woodland Road is located in the centre of the Stannary town of Ashburton. Ashburton sits on the edge of the stunning Dartmoor National Park and a short distance from the River Dart, making it a hotspot for outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, climbing and ridding. It is also located conveniently just off the A38 Devon Expressway, providing a direct link to the cites of Plymouth and Exeter as well as the M5, so is a perfect location for commuters.

Ashburton not only lies at the foot of Dartmoor but also at the gateway to The South Hams, with beautiful rolling countryside and picturesque beaches and coastline this is a very desirable area, and a popular holiday destination.

The bustling market town of Newton Abbot is approximately 8 miles from Ashburton, and has a wide range of high street shops, several supermarkets, leisure facilities, hospital and A&E department, as well as a mainline railway station reaching London Paddington in around 2.5 hours.

This beautiful three bedroom mid terrace cottage is bigger than it looks. Located a stone`s throw from the centre of Ashburton, it benefits from having all the town has to offer on its door step, while being tucked down a quiet side street, away from the hustle and bustle.

As you enter the property you are greeted with a good sized cottage style kitchen, where there is plenty of cupboard and work top space as well as room for a range cooker, and fridge freezer. The kitchen can also fit a large family dining table, and has a good sized window to the back of the property, which benefits from a view of the garden. Outside in the entrance hall there is a good sized utility cupboard that currently houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as the boiler.

The kitchen leads through into the good sized living room, with two windows to the front. The room has a stone fireplace, this is currently not in use, although there is potential to put in a wood burner if desired. From the living room there is the staircase leading to the first floor.
