" This Mid Terrace Edwardian home, hence they were slightly more spacious, is situated in the Abbotsbury area of Newton Abbot, close to both secondary schools and primary school, together with Newton Abbot Leisure Centre and easy walking distance into the town centre with its further range of facilities and amenities, including shops, doctors and also bus services and the railway station serving nearby towns and villages.

The property has recently been improved by its current owners and has an improved kitchen and bathroom, together with a new central heating system, cavity wall insulation and loft insulation and has also been rewired and replumbed.
