SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION
Constructed in the early 1990's with attractive, red brick elevations, Lealands is a very well presented property in a pleasant setting. With well proportioned rooms throughout, Lealands features attractive, mahogany stained internal doors, bannisters and hardwood stained double glazed windows and has an interesting central vacuum system which means that the vacuum cleaner can be plugged into one of a number of sockets throughout the property with the dust going into a central chamber in the garage which only needs emptying periodically. A staircase leads down to the access to the two garages on the lower ground floor. The larger garage has a sauna in it. This garage could be converted into a fourth bedroom with en suite or a family/games room, subject to building regulations. Lealands has far reaching views across the valley and is south facing.The market town of Newton Abbot has an excellent range of shops and social facilities to suit most local needs. The mainline railway station has direct and connecting services to most parts of the country and a high speed link to London. Access to the A380 dual carriageway, which links Newton Abbot to Exeter and the motorway network, is about three quarters of a mile away. To locate the property from Newton Abbot proceed along the A3801 towards Totnes. After about half a mile at the the mini roundabout on the edge of East Ogwell, turn left into Coach Road. Proceed along Coach Road, past Wolborough Church and Lealands will be found approximately 300 yards further along on the left hand side.
