" A very well presented, detached bungalow in a large plot in this favoured close near Buckfast Abbey.

SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION
Hembury Park is a small, residential close of 17 detached bungalows, originally constructed about 45 years ago. Hembury Park has always been a favoured development. It is located off Grange Road and, being within Dartmoor, has the protection of National park status. Number 8 is situated in an unusually large plot and features lovely front and rear gardens. the garage has been converted into extra living accommodation and can be used either as a guest bedroom or additional reception room. There is a driveway with parking for around 4 cars. With modern kitchen and bathroom suites and a delightful south and west facing reception room, this is a very pleasant property well worth internal viewing.Buckfast is attractive and is located approximately one mile from the town of Buckfastleigh which has good local facilities to suit most needs. The famous Benedictine Abbey is a few hundred yards away with its associated shops and post office. A few hundred yards in the other direction takes one into National Trust Hembury Woods and a wonderful network of public footpaths and bridleways. Access to the A38 Expressway, which links Plymouth and Exeter to the motorway network, is approximately one mile away. The ancient stannary town of Ashburton is three miles, the historic town of Totnes seven miles, the market town of Newton Abbot with its railway station and comprehensive facilities, nine miles and the cities of Plymouth and Exeter around twenty miles or half and hours drive. To locate the property from the A38, exit at the Dartbridge junction signposted Buckfast and Buckfastleigh. Follow signposts to Buckfast. Start to proceed up the hill and past the Abbey. Take the first turning on the right into Higher Mill Lane, take the third turning left into Grange Road and after approximately one hundred yards left again into Hembury Park. Proceed around to the right and number 8 will be found on the left hand side.

Side access leads to the back garden which is quite delightful. Fairly level, it has a good area of lawn and some attractive fruit trees and shrubs and flower beds which create a profusion of colour in the spring and summer. The wicket gate at the end leads out onto the close and there is a very useful storage shed plus potting shed.
