SITUATION & DESCRIPTION

Number 16 St Bernards Close is a detached bungalow constructed in the late 1960's and modernised over the years. To locate the property from the Dartbridge access off the A38, follow sign posts to Buckfast Abbey. Continue on the road past the Abbey and take the first turning on the right signposted Buckfast. Take the second turning left into St Bernards Close and number 16 will be found a short way along on the right.
