SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION

Number 65 Plymouth Road is a semi-detached bungalow which was constructed in the late 1930's and is situated in an elevated position with a south easterley aspect. The property is well presented and features a modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable double glazed conservatory and attractive and well-proportioned, south facing back garden.
