SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION

1 Elliot Plain is a period, end of terrace house situated at the bottom end of Fore Street in the attractive, small town of Buckfastleigh. The property has a larger than average living room which can double as a dining room. Unusually for most properties in this town, 1 Elliot Plain has a benefit of a lovely level and enclosed garden, together with parking for one car and is Grade II listed and within the Conservation Area. The centre of Buckfastleigh has undergone a transformation in recent years. There is little through traffic adjacent to the property and a short walk leads to a variety of useful local shops to suit most needs. Bypassed by the A38 Expressway, which links Plymouth and Exeter to the motorway network, both cities are within approximately half an hours drive, with Totnes and Newton Abbot fifteen minutes away.

To locate the property from the Dartbridge access of the A38, follow sign posts to the Steam Railway and Butterfly Farm. Continue past the access to these attractions and about 300 yards further on will be seen the country sign post saying Elliot Plain. Turn right here and number one will be found at the end of the terrace on the left hand side.
