" Not quite as big as the doctors! but it still has quite a lot in common with his tardis - it even has a blue front door. Once inside this seemingly small terrace home, you will find it full of rooms. There are two separate reception rooms downstairs, so you can have both a separate lounge and dining room, or whatever suits your needs. There is a separate kitchen, which has access into the garden and also leads down to the downstairs bathroom.
Upstairs just off from the hallway, you have two double bedrooms, one of which, leads onto a third bedroom

(making it ideal for brothers and sisters to share; a walk-in dressing room; en-suite or nursery).
Overall this type of property and layout gives you great versatility, size and price. The property is in the heart of south Tonbridge. This means that it is easy to drive around and get to the A21 and M25 road networks; and you are also close to the mainline train station, which is a 40 minute journey into London.

I am going to miss all the friends that I have made over the years. It's become more like its own little community. We are all very conscientious about the parking - everybody parks as close as they can to the car in front, and it is understandable when someone has to park in front of their house to take the shopping in - it's just one of those things when you live in the middle of the town centre.This little house has served me well, giving me and my family space to live over the past 16 years.
