" Nestled in a small and quiet cul-de-sac at the end of Woodside Road is this modern 3 bedroom town house. Being built and only completed a few months' ago, gives you the peace of mind of having a nearly full 10 year NHBC certificate and the comfort of knowing that Fernham Homes have built a reputation for being high quality local builders for the Tonbridge area. We saw many houses in South Tonbridge before deciding on this one, and did not think that we would go for something brand new. What attracted us was the peace and quiet of the area, which was ideal for our young family; so quiet in fact, that ours and the local children play out in the front of an afternoon and evening (reminding me of when I was a child). We did not expect to get so much storage space in a modern home and we've been surprised as well to see how efficient the insulation is. We love it here but a job offer has come up for us that we have had to take and so reluctantly, we are moving after just a short time. It will be a wrench to leave this beautiful home.
