" THE PROPERTY: This two bedroom mid-terraced home is situated in a desirable road of South Tonbridge. The road boasts much character and is under half a mile from the mainline station and the High Street, making it ideal for shoppers and commuters alike. In general the property is, in our opinion, in good internal order and benefits from two separate reception rooms and kitchen overlooking the rear garden. The rear garden measures approximately 40' and enjoys steps leading down to the main area where there is a mixture of patio and shrub borders. To the first floor there are two separate bedrooms and a separate bathroom. We are informed the current owners are purchasing a new home with a completion date set for August 2008, which means that after this date there will be no forward chain.
