" Step inside the front door of this Victorian character home and you will be pleasantly surprised by the charm, quality and character that greets you. After a long day working in the city you will be able to walk the quarter mile back home from the station and settle down in front of the lovely open fire in the lounge. If you are entertaining guests for the evening there is a separate dining room. With the dinner party going well they could stay over in one of the 2 double bedrooms and either have their own en-suite bathroom or separate shower room depending on which room is yours. If it's the lazy summer days you enjoy then the enclosed 40ft rear garden will be great for barbecues or just a deck-chair and a book. The home despite being old is presented in excellent order having modern kitchen, double glazing, heating and bathroom, so if DIY is not your thing then do not worry because there is nothing to do here except choose the colours you like. The road is a quiet cul de sac on the south side of town and as mentioned is under a quarter of a mile from the high street and train station making access to resteraunts, bars and shops ever so easy.
