" "As soon as I saw the view, I decided this place just had to be mine". This was just one of the reasons the owner gave for buying this home and we can really see why. The view is stunning and is looking out over Tonbridge sports field, past Tonbridge school for boys, and even on to the North Downs.
As summer approaches and we get some sunny evenings, you will definitely picture yourself after a hard day's work, sitting on the balcony with a cold drink, congratulating yourself on finding such a great place to live. The views are not the only 'wow' factor here. The living room is on the top floor and has a vaulted ceiling with lots of windows looking out over the view - making the room very light and airy. Living in the penthouse is sure to attract friends and family to come along and admire your home. There is room to invite them for dinner as there is a 16ft open plan kitchen/diner (certainly big enough for a table and chairs). Having people to stay over is not a problem as there are 3 separate bedrooms and a guest bathroom for your visitors.
You will also appreciate the location - whether working in the High Street or making the morning journey to the station, you will literally have only a few hundred yards to go to get there. No fighting the morning rush hour here.
It is coming home that you will appreciate the most though, as you will soon be sat down taking a sip and soaking up the wonderful views.
