" Convenient! This is one word that perfectly sums up this property. Immaculate is another!
We know estate agents use this term loosely but in this case the, property really is a stones throw from the train station.
The property was built in 2007 and as well as benefiting from the remaining NHBC, also provides great family living accommodation set out over 3 floors.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen that comfortably fits a dining table and leads out to the rear garden that has been well cared for, is low maintenance and is perfect for entertaining.
The first floor provides the second bedroom, family bathroom and the living room. This also looks over the garden and has some great views. The higher you go, the better the views and the main bedroom with en-suite really does make the most of them. Finally, there is one further double bedroom on this floor.
Outside there is parking for 2 cars on the drive and integral garage that could also be converted (STPP) to make additional living accommodation.
Edenbridge has a lot to offer with a wide variety of shops, boutiques and restaurants, all nestled in the historic High Street. With an additional train station and easy road access to the M25, what more could you ask for?

What the Owner says:

We bought the property from new in 2007 and it has been a God send. We have a teenage daughter who needed to get to college so the fact that she could fall out of bed 5 minutes before her train arrived was ideal.
Being over 3 floors works really well. There is space enough for everybody to exist without being on top of one another, which anyone with teenage children will know is very important.
We use the top floor pretty much for ourselves and the 3rd bedroom doubles up as a great study. It also means our daughter gets to be on her own floor and have her own bathroom so there are no fights in the morning for the shower!
