" LOCATION This well presented home occupies a quiet position within walking distance of the town centre offering varied shopping facilities and two train stations with regular commuter services to London Bridge and London Victoria. Local recreational facilities include a modern leisure centre with swimming pool and supermarkets including a Waitrose. Oxted is about 5 miles to the north and the M25 motorway (junction 6) is within about 8 ½ miles, giving easy access to Gatwick and Heathrow.
 

DESCRIPTION The front door opens in to a lovely sitting room with a gas coal effect fire and front aspect.

The kitchen has a comprehensive range of wall and base units with contrasting work surfaces. There is space for white goods and sink with views down the garden.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath, wash hand basin and toilet.
