" A substantial and most impressive detached late Victorian house which has been totally refurbished to provide excellent family accommodation over two floors, situated in a well-regarded residential road within walking distance of the golf course, town centre and all local amenities.

Crowborough is on the summit of the highest point in East Sussex, located alongside the Ashdown Forest and set in an area of outstanding beauty. The area is extremely well served with schools and colleges for all ages and many recreational facilities - including Goldsmiths Leisure Centre, the Beacon Golf Club and Crowborough Tennis and Squash Club. There is a wide range of shopping facilities and mainline rail services to London from Jarvis Brook, Eridge or Tunbridge Wells.


PROPERTY
