" Description    An attractive tile hung c1985s built detached family home, situated in the heart of the village of Wadhurst and within easy reach of the local shops, schools and train station. On opening the front door you are greeted by an entrance hall leading into the double aspect living room with glazed patio doors leading out to the rear garden and also a feature gas fire. Stairs lead to the first floor. The kitchen / diner refitted in 2006 has a range of base and wall units with built in double electric oven and gas hob with hood over. A window overlooks the side garden and a door leads out to the rear garden. There is space for a dining table and 4 chairs. From the entrance hall is a cloakroom with w.c and wash hand basin with a window to the front.

.    On the first floor the landing has a window to the front and there is an airing cupboard. Bedroom 1 to the rear of the property has a built in wardrobe over the stairs and window overlooking the rear. Bedroom 2 also overlooking the rear of the property has a window to the rear and a built in cupboard over the stairs. Bedroom 3 has a window to the front. The family bathroom has a panelled bath, w.c and wash hand basin.
