" Situated in a quiet cul de sac in the Culverden Down area of Tunbridge Wells, the house has been well-maintained by the current owners but has the potential to reconfigure and extend (subject to the usual consents). The large L-shaped sitting room has wood laminate flooring which flows from the entrance hall, a feature brick fireplace with open fire and double french doors out to the conservatory with lovely outlooks to the rear garden.
