" This is a Regency-style townhouse built by Crest Nicholson in 2007 with well planned and well arranged accommodation over three floors and offered with no onward chain. Points of particular note include:

- A well fitted kitchen/breakfast room with floor and wall mounted units with granite work surfaces, a range of built in appliances and space for a table and chairs. The kitchen/breakfast room is open to a fantastic vaulted garden room with oak flooring, electric under floor heating and French doors opening directly onto the garden.

- On the first floor, the sitting room is to the front of the house and has 2 sets of French doors opening onto the balcony whilst at the rear of the house, and with the bathroom in between, there are two of the four bedrooms.

- On the second floor, there are two similar size bedrooms at the front and the back of the house - both with en suite shower rooms with one having the added benefit of built in wardrobes.

Situation
Exchange Mews is a small development in a very popular part of Tunbridge Wells about half a mile from the town centre and Royal Victoria Place shopping precinct which houses major national stores and a wide variety of individual shops. Tunbridge Wells Girls Grammar School and Skinners School for Boys are about half a mile away and the Tunbridge Wells Boys Grammar School is just under 1 mile distant. Recreational amenities in the town include a sports and leisure centre, multi screen cinema complex, theatres, two golf courses and numerous restaurants etc.

Tunbridge Wells main line station for trains to Charing Cross & Cannon Street is about 0.7 miles away and access to the A21 is just over 3.2 miles away, for a direct route to the M25 national motorway network.
