This stylish mews cottage is set in a stunning semi rural location surrounded by Southborough Common on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. Immaculately presented the lounge has double doors opening to a brick paved courtyard. Location

Over the years the definition between Southborough and Tunbridge Wells has become slightly blurred however the village has managed to maintain it's own character and individuality. Unlike many village high streets in recent years the locally owned small businesses have continued to thrive thanks to the amount of customers passing by on the A26. This road also give access to the A21 in less than 2 miles and the M25 in under 12 miles whilst High Brooms Main Line Station is only about a mile away. The vibrant towns of Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge are approximately 2 and 2.7 miles away respectively. Both towns have main line stations with links to London and the Coast as well as a large mixture of shops, restaurants, recreational facilities and supermarkets.
