The dining room is again a generous size and enjoys solid pine flooring, original storage to the side of the chimney breast, a large under stairs cupboard and a window looking out onto the pretty garden.

Leading from the dining room you will find the lovely solid pine kitchen. The kitchen offers plenty of fitted units and surfaces along with a butler sink, space for a fridge freezer and washing machine and the recently installed combination boiler. The kitchen provides access to the garden through the double patio doors and the original side door.

Bedroom two is another double which is currently used by the vendors as a guest room/home study.
