" Description    A well maintained modern semi detached house in good decorative order throughout, offering accommodation over two floors. The property has many features including an attractive living room with fireplace, a spacious 15'10" x 10" kitchen/dining room with hob, double oven, integrated refrigerator and freezer, gas fired central heating by radiators and double glazed windows and external doors. Entrance canopy with double glazed door to the entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor landing, under stairs storage cupboard and doors to the living room and to the kitchen/dining room. The living room has a delightful aspect down the front garden and has fireplace and hearth. To one side are display shelves. the kitchen/dining room has an aspect over the rear garden and is extremely well fitted with a deep rectangular bowl inset in an extensive worktop with inset electric hob, drawers, cupboards and plumbing for dishwasher and washing machine under.
