" Descriprion    An attractive modern detached family house situated at the end of a popular cul de sac and enjoying a south westerly aspect at the rear over fields. The property offers well planned accommodation over two floors with the benefit of slate flooring to the entrance hall, morning room and to the kitchen/ breakfast room, double glazed windows and external doors and gas fired central heating by radiators. A leaded light style double glazed door opens onto the attractive entrance hall with slate tiled flooring. Stairs rise to the first floor landing and there is a ground floor cloakroom. The sitting room has an aspect over the front garden and has an ornamental feature fireplace. There is a wide archway opening onto the dining room which has an aspect over the rear garden and double glazed sliding patio doors to the rear decked area. Situation    The property is situated at the end of the cul de sac conveniently located on the edge of the village of Robertsbridge with it's medieval origins and within 1/2 mile of the village centre and 1/4 mile of Robertsbridge mailine station. The village itself has a wide variety of facilities which cater for most day to day needs, including a post office, general store, chemist, florist, doctors and dentist. There is also well regarded primary and secondary schooling in the village and the surrounding area is well served with a number of private schools including Vinehall, etc. Robertsbridge mainline station provides regular commuter services to London on the Charing Cross/ Canon Street lines. There is also a regular bus service from the village providing access to the neighbouring villages and towns. The historic abbey town of Battle with its extensive shopping facilities is within 3 miles and the inland spa town of Tunbridge Wells is within 15 miles.

Directions    From our offices in the high street turn left into station road and proceed over the railway crossing. Take the first turning on the left into Mill Rise and continue straight ahead to the end of the cul de sac where the property will be found facing you at the end.
