" Description    28 Mill Rise is a substantial and attractive detached family house built approximately 18 years ago and has been occupied by the same owners since new. The accommodation is well presented and is spaciously arranged over two floors and comprises of sitting room with open working fireplace, dining room with sliding door out to the rear garden, conservatory, study, good size kitchen/breakfast room and separate utility room. Upstairs provides the master bedroom with en suite shower room, 3 further bedrooms and the family bathroom. Externally the property has generously sized rear garden which is predominantly laid to lawn, integral double garage and driveway with space for further off road parking.

Location    28 Mill Rise is conveniently located in cul de sac position on the edge of the sought after village of Robertsbridge with its medieval origins. The village itself has a wide variety of facilities which cater for most day to day needs including a post office, general store, butchers, chemist, florists, doctors and dentist. There is also well regarded primary and secondary schooling in the village and the surrounding area is well served with a number of private schools including Vinehall and Battle Abbey.
