" A three bedroom semi detached bungalow situated in highly sought after residential mews a short stroll from local shops and amenities. This could be exactly what you have been waiting for. On entering you will like the size of the hallway providing an easy flow to the bedrooms, principal with double aspect, allowing lots of light and the two further bedrooms are doubles and the well appointed bathroom completes the Wow factor. There is a kitchen/breakfast room which has access to the side garden being of particular benefit to this property, the garden has been maintained and is a mature haven to be enjoyed. There is ample off street parking.

I love this bungalow it is cosy and easy to keep warm. The garden is enough without being too laborious to maintain and its position in a friendly neighbourhood I always felt secure. It is a nice level walk to the local shops where all the essentials are available plus church, school, public house, hairdressers, takeaway's etc. and bus stops for services to Tenterden, Ashford and Maidstone.
These are the reasons I bought the house and my time here was very happy.
