Ideal for family gatherings and barbecues etc. Local amenities include a reputable public house, general store and fish and chip shop. For the commuter there is a local designated pick up point for the train service to London found at Headcorn which provides a mainline service to London and the south coast. This home benefits from gas central heating and double glazing both helping with those dreaded bills. The rear garden as mentioned, is a feature of this home being partly walled, pretty ornamental borders, pergola and with personal access to a double detached garage and additional off road parking. We purchased 51 Colonel Stephens Way due to its fantastic location close to the local pub, great for that quick drink at the end of the day and local school for our children all within walking distance which saves the long car journeys in the morning. We have enjoyed the modern feel to our home, all the rooms are bright and airy, the additional downstairs cloakroom is a fantastic benefit. We use our rear garden a lot, it is sunny and children/pet friendly which allow us time to relax and enjoy company when entertaining. We will really miss our neighbours, they have been great but the time has come to down size and we are sure the next owners will enjoy all that has made this home.
