It really is like a Tardis. It’s got double glazing and a fitted kitchen, so if you fancy yourself as a budding chef you’ll have a great space to work in. The conservatory that leads off the lounge/dining room is also a useful addition so that you can have your own space away from the family should you need it. If you don’t like gardening then you’ll love the garden here because it’s been designed with a low maintenance theme in mind. so you can sell the lawnmower as you won’t be needing it!If you need to commute then no problem. The house is just off the A2070, so you can shoot up to Ashford where you can connect with the M20 or catch a fast train to London. In the other direction you’ll find the pretty Cinque Port town of Rye with its lovely harbour and interesting shops.

'It’s a great community here and people seem to stay here for a long time. It’s nice having a village setting with lots of fields and lanes around, and the estate is not too big either. If you need to get to a town for shopping then there’s Ashford just up the A2070 with the Designer Outlet. The conservatory is a great room because the kids can play in there to their hearts content away from the main lounge/diner. It’s in the middle of the terrace so it’s lovely and warm plus the storage heaters keep us nice and snug.'
