" A 3 bedroom detached bungalow located a stone’s throw away from the beach in St Mary’s Bay yet completely tucked away.This lovely bungalow offers bright and spacious living accommodation with all the bedrooms being doubles. There are some great original features including picture rails, plus the sitting room has original floorboards and an open fireplace so as the nights draw in you can light the fire, sit back and relax in a warm and cosy room. There is a great kitchen/diner ideal for the family to get together at meal times and talk about the day’s events.Outside there is a secluded front garden and a courtyard to the rear, perfect for a barbecue in the summer. There is a garage with a new garage door fitted in October 2010 and a workshop with light, power and water and original floorboards. There is also an outside WC, ideal if you are out doing the gardening. The beach is just over the road so you can enjoy those hot sunny days relaxing to the soothing sounds of the waves. Alternatively, take a stroll along the coast to Dymchurch where you can play in the arcade or let the kids go on the carousel and have a leisurely meal in the pub before walking back after a great day out right on your doorstep.

'It was the quiet location that I really liked when I saw this house, it was just so peaceful. I have made some improvements over the years, I had the bungalow rewired 4 years ago and have replaced the double glazing throughout from 2006 - 2007 and added additional units to the kitchen/diner as this was originally 2 rooms when I came here. Having the workshop as well as the garage has also been great and the patio area is so private. I also planted some conifers to the front to give added privacy and seclusion.'
