The sitting room is 24’4 with an open fireplace keeping you warm and toastie on those cold winter days. In addition there are 3 double bedrooms, all with built in wardrobe cupboards for that much needed storage, plus a family bathroom and kitchen. Outside there is a garage with power and light and a brick built store. The rear garden has a shed with power and two paved patio areas, perfect for entertaining in the summer.If you fancy a day out, then pack up a picnic and walk across the road to the beach where you can bask in the sunshine or build sandcastles with the kids. Alternatively, take a leisurely stroll into New Romney for afternoon tea or for those romantic evenings a short distance away is a Greek Restaurant. In the other direction, although a further distance, is the renowned Pilot restaurant.

'The amazing sea views were the initial attraction for us. There’s nothing better than sitting by the window watching the world go by. All of the rooms have a really light and airy feel to them which was important to us. The open fire just makes the room so warm and cosy, especially with all the bad weather we have had, we can light the fire and feel warm and toastie while watching the snow come down. We did apply for planning permission to turn the garage into a studio, although this has now lapsed it is something that the new owners could potentially renew (Ref YO5/0788/BC) if they need some extra space or an annexe.'
