" Just south of the town centre, this 3 bedroom Victorian home is conveniently located for many things. A short walk down Beaver Road will bring you to the station and the main town is just beyond.
As with many of these properties the inside has seen lots of changes over the years, but a lot of the charm remains. The hallway, lounge and dining room are still separate and the wall in the dining room has been exposed, creating a stunning focal point around the fireplace. The kitchen has been re-fitted and now offers plenty of cupboard space to each side. Although the main bathroom is downstairs, a toilet and wash basin have been fitted on the first floor, incredibly useful late at night when a trip downstairs seems quite daunting.

What the Owner says:

When I bought this property 5 years ago it was the convenience that really appealed. Everything is so near and handy, town and the station are just up the road, but even closer to home there's lots more…… fresh bread is next door, a Chinese take out round one corner and a fish and chip shop round the other. The house is large enough to feel spacious but always feels cosy and warm. In the summer I spend lots of time in the garden and because of its size, there's always sun out there, no matter what time of day!
