" Tucked away from passing traffic this two bedroom semi detached house has been modernised and has great potential to extend to the side, subject to the usual consents. The property is approached over a long private driveway. There is space to park several cars and behind the double gates is ideal storage space for a caravan. The living room has a large picture window and a half glazed door into the kitchen/breakfast room. There are plenty of wall and base units, a breakfast bar and plenty of space for casual dining. Appliances include a ceramic hob and electric oven with a stainless steel canopy above housing the extractor fan. There is space for a fridge/freezer and plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine. A glazed door gives access to the rear garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms.
