" Not only is this family home down the end of a cul de sac, but its also set back off the road at the end of a small terrace.The hallway is bright and welcoming and opens out into the lounge with its big window overlooking the front garden. Double doors lead into the kitchen where another window overlooks the private back garden. The utility room to the side allows you to shut the door on the washing machine and another door takes you straight back into the hallway.Upstairs the bathroom has been opened out as the toilet used to be separate and all 3 bedrooms are a good size.

What the Owner says:

We've lived here since 1992 and the last 20 years have flown by. The house was not in a great condition when we moved in, so we've had to do a lot of work and decorating. The kitchen and bathroom have both been replaced and we've upgraded most of the central heating and windows.Aside from the house the area is really handy. You can walk through the park to the town and the park is excellent for walking my dog.
