" A truly lovely little house within Ashford town centre. This 2 bedroom terrace would be a perfect home for someone starting out on the property ladder or looking to invest! Just a short distance from the High Street and the County Square, everything is on the doorstep, even the station is a short walk away!The current owner has really put a lot of thought into this property and its the small things that make the differences, such as the book shelf under the stairs, or the feature lighting in the kitchen. A real luxury is the under floor heating in the kitchen, which makes cooking a pleasure, not a chore!The bathroom follows through from the kitchen, which contains not just a deeper than average tub, but a separate shower cubicle. There is a back garden that can be enjoyed all year round, where the current owner grows his own vegetables.

As a single man the attraction of this home was obvious. Its so central to everything, that going out in town to the shops, or enjoying the night life has been so easy. I'm also really proud of the work that I've done, especially the kitchen and bathroom. I've installed extra lighting in the kitchen, as well as under floor heating beneath the Travertine flooring. I'm looking forward to moving in with my new partner, but have really enjoyed living in and upgrading this lovely home!
