DIRECTIONS:  Proceed in a southerly direction down Uckfield High Street passing the railway station on the left hand side.  At the traffic lights turn left into the Framfield Road, continue out of the town and proceed into Framfield village.  Pass the pub on the left hand side and continue past the primary school and round the sharp right hand bend.  Take the next turning on the right into The Bungalows and the property will be found at the end on the left hand side.

SITUATION:  The property is situated in a small cul de sac of similar properties in this sought after village.  Framfield has a primary school, church and Inn.  The nearest main town is Uckfield with secondary school with attached leisure centre/swimming pool complex, excellent shopping facilities, bars, restaurants and cinema.  There is also a railway station with services to East Croydon and London Bridge and regular bus services to Tunbridge Wells, Lewes and Brighton.
