" This five bedroom detached home is located in one Buxted’s most premier roads and has served as a well proportioned family home for a number of years. When the current owner walked in they fell in love with the house immediately as they wanted a property that offered a huge amount of living space with plenty of outside space as well.The conservatory measures 18’1” x 12’10” and, leading from the dining room, gives the perfect layout and space for entertaining.With the rear garden being completely secluded and backing onto a conservation area, the outside space is perfect and safe for children, too. Three receptions and 2 en-suites along with study and cloakroom make the property a delight in many ways and given the location, the owner will feel they have bought a quite remarkable package.Buxted itself has a mainline station with direct links to London and is only about 4 miles from Uckfield with plenty of schooling options and the usual amenities.

When we came to Buxted we wanted a house that gave us ample living accommodation to house our large family. We saw so many houses that were big enough but did not have enough outside space so we were particularly pleased when we saw the garden. It is also very secluded and safe for children.We loved the house as soon as we walked into the hall. The study has been very useful and we especially like the conservatory and spend most of our evenings there. We do quite a lot of entertaining so the downstairs space has been great and the size of the driveway useful for when people come to visit.
